​Robust, fast and easy to ride, our FLEXIBLE e-bike is ideal both for couriers and for city drives. It has 4 assistant levels and a range up to 80km per charge.

GOW URBAN

With a sporty design, the URBAN e-bike is especially comfortable for long city drives and for those who use the bike for delivery.  It has 5 assistant levels  and a range up to 120km per charge.

How does GOW work?
You rent an e-bike monthly (no minimum period stay) with service included and you cancel anytime. 
​​How does the payment work?​ 
You will need to complete the payment of the first month and a deposit when signing the contract and then will be charged you on a monthly basis. You can also pay upfront the full amount for the renting period.
​​How do I charge my e-bike?
You can take the battery out and connect it to the charger at home. The charging time vary between models and can take up to 5 hours.
How do repairs and maintenance work?
Repairs and maintenance are included with your monthly subscription. If you face any problem, reach out to our team and we will assist you on our store.
What happens if my e-bike is stolen?
Each bike has a GPS tracker. If something happens to your e-bike you should immediately report to a nearby police station and then contact GOW staff. 
Can I try the e-bike before renting?
Yes. Please contact us and we can schedule a test drive.
